stopIranWar.com has just released a new video. This video includes a Clark Community Network blogger, Reg NYC, as the interviewer. It's the best video they've done so far.
As I hope everyone already knows, VoteVets and WesPAC have joined together in an effort to stop the Bush administration's rush to war with Iran, resulting in the launching of stopIranWar.com. What can we do to help in this effort? Let's share some ideas--what we're already doing, what we could be doing, and what we wish we could do.
You are invited to a party to support the re-election in 2006 of Washington Senator Maria Cantwell, straight from our great Northwest to New York City, as she stands with us in our national battle for a deep and beautiful blue Senate.
According to today's (Aug 5's) Delaware County Daily Times, the Curt Weldon Campaign (PA 07) called the police on an 18-year-old honor student who volunteers for the Sestak campaign. Why call the police? Because he was standing near Weldon's campaign office. Dangerous child!!!

In our honoring of the "Fighting Dem Vets running to take back Congress, we encounter a goodly number of commissioned officers - men of command, intelligence and skills that can now be of service to their country in yet another theater of combat. Yet we must not allow their high profiles to overshadow a number of non-commissioned officers (technically E-4 and up, but we include all enlisted personnel here) who are also battling to take back the Hill.
Honored hosts include Attorney General and candidate for Governor Eliot Spitzer and State legislators, Mark Green, Liz Krueger, David Paterson and Eric Schneiderman. The event is being chaired by Democratic fundraiser Lewis Cohen, who is also Director of Finance for Democracy for New York City. Honorary chairs include retired General Wesley Clark and former U.S. Senator Max Cleland.
